Need to return or exchange a recent purchase? Return your items within 30 days for a full refund. For on the spot refunds and exchanges head into any Autograph store and our in-store teams can help you with all your needs. View our Store Locator to find your closest Autograph location.


Please note: We are not able to offer an exchange on returned items via our online store. To exchange an item please visit your local Autograph store or place a new order for the different size, colour or item. All in store purchases must be returned to an Autograph store. As the “Online Brands” are not stocked in store, exchanges in store on these products are not possible, a return must be made and the new item must be repurchased online.



AfterPay purchases can be returned Online or in Autograph stores only. Afterpay purchases cannot be returned to One Woman stores. You must include your original tax invoice and AfterPay email receipt and post back to the below online returns address by the Post office or ParcelPoint, or take into store.

Refunds will be processed and communicated to the customer via Afterpay shortly after Autograph processes the returned item/s. The returned item/s will create an adjusted Afterpay payment schedule or a complete refund of payments to date (depending if all of the original order’s items are returned).



If you are not completely happy with your purchase you can return it to our Head Office or any of our Stores provided the following conditions are met:

You must return your order within 30 days of the dispatch date

The item/s must be unworn and unwashed

All labels, swing tags and hygiene strips must still be attached

Please try on your new clothing over your underpants. Just in case you may need to make a return or exchange we ask that you comply with these hygiene standards.

Items bought within Australia (excluding the brands listed above) can be returned to one of our Autograph stores. Please remember to take your original receipt when returning or exchanging your items. The store staff can refuse an exchange or refund without a valid receipt.

Please note, we are not able to exchange, refund or redeem store credit for change of mind, for sale items purchased in store.



We cannot refund or exchange any items that have been worn and are without tags. All items returned must be in new, original condition or unfortunately we will need to send these back to you. When trying on swimwear or lingerie, for hygiene reasons, please keep on your underwear. This will ensure it is still returnable if it should not fit correctly.
