• 1 Punnet Strawberries
• 100 grams Slivered Almond
• 200 grams Baby Spinach Leaves
Dressing:
• ½ cup Sugar
• 2 tablespoons Sesame Seeds
• 1 tablespoon Poppy Seeds
• ¼ teaspoon Paprika
• ¼ teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
• 1 Shallot (finely chopped)
• ¼ cup Balsamic Vinegar
• ¼ cup Olive Oil

Keep a third of the strawberries and almond to one side. In a large bowl, toss together the spinach, the remainder of the strawberries and almonds.
Combine all dressing ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Pour over the spinach, strawberries and almonds, and toss to coat. To serve add the strawberries and almonds.
