To enter you must make a purchase from www.autographfashion.com.au. Once a purchase is made entry into the competition is automatic with the chance to win one of three $200 Autograph vouchers.

Entry is open to anyone, who is an Australian resident. Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter and agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter.
The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant’s membership details, identity, age and place of residence), and to disqualify any entrant who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions, or who tampers with the entry process. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
Incomplete, indecipherable, or illegible entries will be deemed invalid.
More than one entry per person is permitted if more than one online purchase is transacted within the specified time period.
If there is a dispute as to the identity of an entrant, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to determine the identity of the entrant.

If the winner cannot be contacted within 3 months after the winner is notified, the prize is forfeited and a new winner will be randomly selected on the following Monday (after 3 months) at 3pm in 151-163 Wyndham St, Alexandria, NSW 2015. The new winner will be notified by telephone/and or email by no later than Tuesday. The new winner will be posted on www.autographfashion.com.au and www.facebook.com/autographfashion.
This is a game of chance.
By random selection the winner will be chosen at 151-163 Wyndham St, Alexandria, NSW 2015 and the winner will receive an Autograph voucher to the value of $200 (inc GST), there will be three winners in each draw. Total prize value of $600 (inc GST) per draw This prize cannot be redeemed in connection with any other offer. Any ancillary costs associated with redeeming the prize are not included. Redemption of the prize is subject to any terms and conditions of the issuer. Total prize pool value is $5,000.00 (inc GST) for the entire promotion

Any cost associated with accessing the promotional website is the entrant’s responsibility and is dependent on the Internet service provider used. The use of any automated entry software or any other mechanical or electronic means that allows an entrant to automatically enter repeatedly is prohibited and will render all entries submitted by that entrant invalid.
Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, the Promoter (including its officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the Promotion, including, but not limited to, where arising out of the following: (a) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the Promoter’s control); (b) any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference; (c) any entry or prize claim that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after their receipt by the Promoter) due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter; (d) any variation in prize value to that stated in these Terms and Conditions; (e) any tax liability incurred by a winner or entrant; or (f) use of the prize.
